4.2 Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners. You agree to:

• Pay the full booking amount at the time of reservation
• Provide valid payment information
• Pay any applicable taxes, service fees, or additional charges
• Accept that prices are subject to change without notice

4.3 Service Fees

BookMyShoot charges a service fee for facilitating bookings. This fee is included in the total booking amount and is non-refundable except as specified in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of BookMyShoot, you agree to:

• Use the platform and studio spaces lawfully and responsibly
• Respect studio property, equipment, and rules
• Not engage in any illegal, harmful, or offensive activities
• Not misuse, damage, or steal studio equipment or property
• Comply with all studio-specific rules and guidelines
• Not sublease or transfer bookings without permission
• Maintain professional conduct with studio owners and staff

You are liable for any damage caused to studio property during your booking period. Studio owners may charge you for repairs or replacement costs.

6. Studio Owner Responsibilities

Studio owners listing their spaces on BookMyShoot agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their studio spaces
• Maintain their studios in good, safe, and functional condition
• Honor confirmed bookings and provide agreed-upon services
• Respond promptly to booking inquiries and user communications
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not discriminate against users based on protected characteristics

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Platform Content

All content on the BookMyShoot platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is the property of BookMyShoot or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7.2 User Content

By uploading content to BookMyShoot (reviews, photos, profile information), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and promoting our platform. You retain ownership of your content and are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to upload it.

8. Prohibited Activities

You are strictly prohibited from:

BookMyShoot is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of studio spaces listed on our platform. We do not verify or endorse studio owners or their services. Users book studios at their own risk.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookMyShoot and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to BookMyShoot in the twelve months preceding the claim.
